- ➤ The Bureau of Land Management will host a horse adoption event at the East Idaho State Fair on August 30th at 11:30 a.m., and 4-H youths from Oneida to Teton will demonstrate their trained yearling mustang skills on August 29th at 11 a.m. Ten horses will be available for adoption to those who are 18 or older and meet facility requirements.
