HEALTH NEWS
- ➤ Tanner Scoresby, an 18-year-old high school senior from Ammon, died Tuesday after battling T-cell lymphoblastic lymphoma—he was diagnosed on Jan. 31 and received aggressive treatments that did not overcome his illness. Funeral details have not been announced. East Idaho News

- ➤ Marsh Valley High canceled the remainder of its varsity football season due to not having enough players — the Eagles had started 0-2 and will return next year. The team canceled its remaining six games, including a planned home matchup against the West Side Pirates. East Idaho News
- ➤ Senior Carter Ward made a big play with a touchdown catch that gave the Century Diamondbacks a 19-0 lead before halftime — his important help on defense and special teams helped secure a 34-6 win over the Canyon Ridge Riverhawks — and the team now stands 3-0 as they will face the Tigers at Idaho Falls High School on Friday.
