- ➤ A Bannock County man, Spencer Ryan Oliva, 34, was arrested on charges of aggravated DUI, two felony counts of injury to children, and one misdemeanor count after he crashed his vehicle on Sunday on Left Fork Marsh Creek Road when his truck left the road while he tried to stop his children from fighting—four minor relatives sustained minor injuries and were taken to Portneuf Medical Center.
