Andrzej and Teresea Abraszewski gave $50,000 to the Portneuf Greenway Foundation in honor of their late son Paul to fund a new trail connection between the Simplot/Swanson and Abrazewski trails that will link the Pacific Recycling Trail Head, Sacajawea Park and Historic Downtown Pocatello; more details on the new trail and its start date will come later.

Rumors Pub in Pocatello will host its annual Make a Wish event on Saturday at noon at 2227 Garrett Way—this year granting Sawyer's wish for a trip to Disney World, marking 14 years of the event.
