- ➤ The Pocatello City Council will hold a public hearing at 6 p.m. Thursday to gather community input on a proposed amendment to update zoning rules for Sensitive Lands Overlay standards. Residents may submit oral testimony limited to three minutes or written submissions up to the meeting start time—staff reports will be available online and in the Planning & Development Services Department.
