- ➤ Wanderlust hosted a ribbon cutting on Wednesday to launch the Alzheimer's Association’s Walk to End Alzheimer's event, featuring raffle prizes, music, information on the disease, and a $15,000 donation with funds to be matched until the end of July. The walk will take place on Saturday September 13th at Cotant Park in Chubbuck with in-person registration starting at 10 a.m. + a ceremony at 11 a.m. before the walk begins at 11:30 a.m. KPVI

- ➤ Construction continues on a local indoor soccer facility as steel is being put up at the Idaho Central Credit Union Field House in Pocatello on the north side of the Mountain View Events Center—officials say the 35,000 square foot facility will be finished by December to support year-round soccer. - ➤ The Idaho State Bengals held their first fall practice on Wednesday at ICCU Community Field as head coach Cody Hawkins reviewed junior Jordan Cooke and freshman Jackson Sharman for the starting quarterback role following Kobe Tracy’s graduation. The coaching staff also evaluated redshirt freshman Davis Harsin and will decide the signal-caller before the team opens its season on Aug 23 in Las Vegas—focusing on fundamentals despite NCAA contact limits.
