Donor Connect will host their annual Gift of Life walk-run on June 28 at the Portneuf Wellness Complex to connect donors with recipients - Annie Grayson said her late husband John, who donated his tissue and eyes after his death last March, helped save lives.

This event will continue his legacy and encourage others to donate.

Today is National Secure Your Load Day and the Idaho Transportation Department's highway safety office reminds drivers to secure their loads to prevent crashes—data from 2018 to 2022 showed that unsecured loads caused 82 injuries and two deaths, and Idaho law requires loads to be fastened.
