Idaho District 24 State Senator Glenneda Zuiderveld will speak at a Memorial Day service in Shoshone today to honor fallen veterans and show that freedom has a cost—she draws on her personal history and work with the VFW Auxiliary Post 3001 to remind the community of these sacrifices.

Idaho Fish and Game said hunters may submit entries to the first Idaho Super Hunt drawing until May 31; winners for deer, elk, pronghorn, and moose tags will be notified mid-June.

The extra tags let winners hunt any open hunt without needing a license—entries cost $6 per species or $20 for a combo.
