- ➤ Police officers & sheriff's deputies across Eastern Idaho will run at least a mile on Wednesday through local communities to support the Special Olympics, featuring participants from various departments. Post Register

- ➤ Canopy Lawn Care in Pocatello helps homeowners water lawns more efficiently during the drought by using a spray with sea kelp, amino acids, recycled coffee grounds and carbon to boost soil health. - ➤ Pocatello officials shared that road crews will patch potholes, mill and pave several streets and replace the water main on Westello Blvd from 6:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Thursday for about 2-3 weeks; Lewis Street will close May 20 from 3 to 6 p.m. for a local fair. - ➤ The Idaho Transportation Department began shifting northbound I-15 traffic into new lanes between Northgate (Exit 73) and Fort Hall (Exit 80) yesterday, providing three lanes for drivers as temporary ramp closures caused delays — final construction is expected to wrap up in 2027. Local News 8
