  • On Tuesday, hours before teen Victor Perez’s funeral, Attorney General Raul Labrador announced he had begun reviewing the police shooting investigation in Pocatello—responding to concerns about the 17-year-old’s death.  Idaho State Journal

  • ZZ Top will perform at The Port (Portneuf Health Trust Amphitheatre) in Pocatello on Thursday, August 14 as part of their Elevation Tour and will be joined by support acts including Night Ranger, Payton Smith, and Black Stone Cherry; tickets will go on sale Friday, April 18 at 10 a.m. MT.  Local News 8

  • The Highland Rams bounced back from a 2-1 loss to conference rival Madison with a perfect 3-0 week—Cannon Eddie hit two home runs in Tuesday’s 10-6 win over the Trojans, helping push the team toward a return trip to the state tournament. Coach Christian Colonel said Eddie’s leadership and smart baserunning are key as the Rams approach the season’s final week.  East Idaho News
