- ➤ At his State of the University address on Wednesday, April 3, ISU president Robert Wagner outlined a bold path forward amid a 5% cut that led to combining colleges and laying off 44 employees, while highlighting enrollment gains and launching his Bold Path podcast (a commitment to serve Idaho’s community).
