- ➤ Chubbuck Food Truck Park will open April 3 at Patriot Square and feature a variety of food trucks for local residents to try. Idaho State Journal
- ➤ Curbside Cravings will launch a weekly food truck event at Lookout Point (426 W. Lewis Street) on April 20 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. and will continue every Monday through summer while organizers invite vendors to join the lineup. East Idaho News

- ➤ Stones Auto Group has expanded into Wyoming by acquiring Teton Motors in Jackson Hole, adding Stones Subaru and Stones Chevrolet to its trusted lineup. The Loveland family expressed excitement to serve more customers in the region (since 1966). East Idaho News
- ➤ Swire Coca-Cola, USA announced that it will build a new eastern Idaho facility to consolidate its Pocatello and Idaho Falls operations near Shelley next year. The modernized plant will replace two aging sites and is set for completion in 2027. East Idaho News
