Idaho State University is hosting a march & day of service next week in Pocatello to honor Martin Luther King Jr. as part of its ongoing tradition of celebrating his civil rights legacy.

A local WWII veteran celebrated his 100th birthday on Monday (Jan.

13) with family and friends during a heartfelt gathering. The milestone event honored his service in the war and his long life in our community.
