- ➤ Housing resources and financial support programs are now available in Bannock County for qualifying renters and landlords. Programs include tax reduction, financial education, and mortgage, rental, and homeownership assistance (NeighborWorks Pocatello, USDA Rural Development, and SEICAA Housing) to help ease housing costs. - ➤ On Jan. 8, PPD reminded property owners they must clear sidewalks of snow and ice within 24 hours of city notification as required by Pocatello City Code 8.14.060 — the reminder comes as more snow is expected this week. Pocatello-Chubbuck Observer
