This symphony concert features music from resilient, trailblazing composers, i ncluding Ludwig van Beethoven, Grażyna Bacewicz, Justin Ralls, and our featured performer, Jovia Edwards, premiering Concerto for Native American Flute. Whether their resilience was found through honoring their Native American culture, battling to be heard as one of the first women composers, or creating symphonies despite deafness, this concert represents strength through hope.
