About this event

Get your kids on the wall in this four-week introduction to rock climbing built for beginners. Over four progressive sessions, climbers learn to gear up on their own, master the fundamentals of safe climbing, and build confidence one hold at a time. Each week covers a new skill, from identifying hold types and bouldering basics to clipping in, climbing roped routes, and tying the figure 8 knot. Along the way, kids stay engaged with games like Holds are Lava, Musical Wall, and obstacle courses that make learning the ropes a blast.

Skills Required: None, this is a beginner-friendly program! https://pocatello.gov/calendar.aspx?EID=10954
